NY PITTSFIELD — Pittsfield Planning Board holds hearing on Troyer subdivision. Ervin Troyer presented the required Mylar map and certified abutting-owner notifications for a minor subdivision of property at 1589 County Highway 13. The county referral was acknowledged as received on April 16, 2026, with a 30-day response period.
No members of the public attended the hearing and no comments were received; the written comment period remains open through May 21, 2026.
